Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing DJ SleazyJo to be part of your special day! To ensure a seamless experience, please review the booking policy below. 1. Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit ($175) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. All payments must be made through DJSleazyJo.com. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email. 2. Consultation & Planning After your deposit is received, we’ll schedule a call to discuss the following: ✔️ Custom playlist for processional & recessional ✔️ Wedding timeline coordination ✔️ MC services & announcements (if needed) ✔️ Possible add-ons to enhance your ceremony 3. Event Setup & Equipment I will arrive at least 1 hour before the ceremony for setup. The package includes a high-quality sound system (1 speaker), a wireless microphone for the officiant, and a professional DJ booth. If additional equipment is required (extra speakers, additional mics, etc.), please discuss this during our consultation. 4. Cancellation & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date (based on availability). Cancellations within 7 days of the event will require full payment. 5. Weather & Venue Requirements For outdoor ceremonies, proper coverage must be provided for equipment in case of rain or extreme weather. The venue must provide access to power within 50 feet of the DJ setup. 6.
